3. Private & Duet Lessons Disclaimer
Private and duet lessons are designed to provide personalized instruction and attention. However, the teachers are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Pilates teachers will modify exercises based on the information provided by clients and their personal limitations. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly with their teacher and should consult their healthcare provider if they have concerns about their physical health.

4. Online Classes Disclaimer
For online Pilates classes, it is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are practicing in a safe and appropriate environment free from hazards. Make sure to have enough space and the necessary equipment to perform the exercises. If you experience any pain or discomfort during an online session, please stop immediately and seek medical advice. Participation in online classes is at your own risk.
