Diana Macari
Diana’s approach to Pilates is about moving from habit to awareness - an invitation to breathe, slow down and reconnect with yourself. Her teaching method is centred in creating a space where people can step out of autopilot, reconnect mind and body and feel more at home within themselves.
Certified in Stretching and Mobility, and currently completing her Polestar Comprehensive Pilates certification - a curriculum renowned for its rehabilitative focus and integration of advanced biomechanics - Diana continues to deepen her understanding of the method and its technical precision.
With a background in European Theatre Arts, Diana brings a strong sense of warmth, presence, and empathy to her teaching, helping clients find more confidence and joy in their movement. Originally from Moldova and educated in the UK, she speaks near-native British English and also teaches fluently in Romanian and Russian.
Diana particularly enjoys working with people who spend long hours sitting or working at desks, as well as active individuals looking to move more efficiently and prevent injury. She enjoys helping clients address common challenges such as back discomfort, postural imbalances, and general stiffness, guiding them toward movement that feels stronger, freer, and more sustainable. She also has an extended experience helping people recover out of burn out and find thin balances between self care, physical practice and life.
Her sessions are welcoming to all levels and backgrounds, and she creates a supportive environment where clients can build a resilient, trusting relationship with their bodies that extends beyond the studio.
